Early-in-career BI analyst performing analyst-level projects including research, data collection, process analysis, documentation of findings, and recommendations. Manage product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for the Net-Rx suite. Conduct market and VoC research, prioritize features, work with engineering via Agile/Jira, perform UAT, monitor platform operations and pricing data, coordinate GTM, train staff, and apply LTC pharmacy domain expertise to ensure regulatory compliance and financial performance.

Support GBSD/Sentinel systems engineering: analyze user requirements and architectures, develop system requirements and design, produce technical and architecture documentation, integrate new designs into operations, and ensure technical integrity of systems engineering deliverables.

Serve as the primary resident-facing team member handling resident issues, payments, lease inquiries, and leasing support. Oversee and assist the leasing team, deliver excellent customer service, execute marketing and leasing activities, and maintain community professionalism to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Provide client-facing support for ultra-high net worth life insurance portfolios: obtain policy information, prepare invoices and illustrations, process transactions and claims, perform Excel-based portfolio reviews (including IRR), maintain client records, ensure compliance, and coordinate with advisors and internal teams.

Manage billing and asset-control operations, supervise and develop staff, monitor budgets and financial performance, improve billing and inventory processes, and report results to management.

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions. Provide technical leadership and manage project priorities. Fine-tune foundation models and build adapters (Llama Factory, PEFT). Apply RAG techniques to populate and query vector databases (Weaviate). Build custom applications using LLM frameworks such as LangChain and DSPy.

Teach and develop Air Traffic Control curricula, supervise and assess students, ensure federal compliance and testing, coordinate program operations and industry partnerships, manage instructional resources, participate in recruitment and college committees, and maintain professional development.

Drive clinical referral growth by proactively outreaching to physicians and medical providers, advocating company brands, building B2B partnerships, and identifying cross-brand referral opportunities. Conduct local market research, support geographic expansion and outreach campaigns with leadership and marketing, maintain CRM records, report on KPIs, and track progress against lead generation and partner acquisition targets.
