As a Customer Account Specialist, you'll build customer relationships, manage shipments, and collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency, focusing on account management and sales.

Provide excellent customer service and perform routine financial transactions. Build and maintain customer relationships, identify financial needs, recommend bank products, open and close deposit accounts, follow regulations and procedures, and support business development and team collaboration while completing required training.

Lead and develop the Great Salt Lake Waterworks sales team to meet regional sales and profitability goals. Oversee territory strategies, vendor relationships, budgets, and operations alignment. Travel extensively (20–35%), evaluate and coach staff, enforce performance standards, and implement company sales initiatives.

Support daily deposit operations including ACH, EIP, and wires; perform account maintenance, reconciliations, reporting, dispute investigations, new account openings, vendor troubleshooting (Jack Henry), audit/compliance support, and provide backup teller/customer service while assisting the VP of Operations on projects and process improvements.

Provide tax compliance and consulting for corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trusts. Prepare and review tax returns, advise on complex tax matters (including ASC 740), manage engagements, supervise and mentor tax staff, and coordinate workflow with audit and tax teams.

Build and maintain customer relationships to sell agronomic products and solutions, identify new business, demonstrate products, complete sales transactions, collect receivables, attend trade shows, and meet territory sales goals. Role requires driving a company vehicle and up to 25% travel.

Plan and execute community relations and marketing activities to build referral relationships and increase brand awareness for Pinnacle Treatment Centers. Identify and pursue new referral partners, develop a contact/referral database, coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues, and travel within the assigned territory (up to 50%).

Build and maintain relationships with physicians and office staff to promote SimonMed imaging services, generate referrals, and expand patient access. Perform territory planning, cold calling, in-person and virtual visits, deliver provider education, track performance vs. sales goals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and provider satisfaction.

Serve as primary liaison to university partners to align faculty-led experiential programs with course objectives and learning outcomes. Design academically rigorous programs, lead client and faculty briefings, manage program quality and logistics, maintain CRM records, collaborate cross-functionally with sales and partnerships, and support program execution and client relationships for domestic and international travel.

Design and own end-to-end UI/UX processes: research, conceptual design, wireframes, prototypes, testing, and hand-off to engineering. Create user flows, storyboards, and site maps; conduct user research and evaluate feedback; present and iterate solutions; and establish design guidelines and best practices.
