Serve as the firms independent PPLI counsel: evaluate suitability and tax economics, design ownership and trust structures, review offering and carrier documents, conduct independent carrier and product diligence, coordinate multidisciplinary implementation, and develop firm templates and training to scale PPLI capabilities.

Build and scale demand programs (ABM, outbound, events, inbound, paid), define lead-to-SQL model, track funnel metrics, partner with Sales/RevOps/Finance/Partnerships, and run weekly optimization loops. Hire and develop a demand team and launch integrated plays to scale qualified enterprise pipeline.

Provide administrative and operational HR support including onboarding, I-9 and background check coordination, learning administration, Workday reporting, HR help desk triage, employee engagement and communications, maintaining records, and partnering on HR projects.

Manage and grow national and regional mass channel accounts (Target, Walmart, Costco) to meet sales and profitability KPIs. Develop account plans, drive new product introductions and category expansion, execute promotional and trade strategies, analyze market and competitive trends, collaborate cross-functionally, handle reporting and pricing, and travel for customer meetings and trade shows.

Build and maintain bottoms-up revenue forecasts and financial models, analyze variances, and create executive dashboards and KPI reporting. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and People to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, M&A due diligence, and drive improvements in financial processes and reporting automation.

Lead FPGA firmware architecture and deliver real-time FPGA-based DSP for tactical SIGINT/EW. Migrate GPU DSP to FPGA, design reusable AMD/Xilinx IP, implement RF signal processing and protocol demodulation, verify and validate hardware, support bring-up and field testing, and mentor engineering teams.

Lead product, privacy, and IP legal counsel for AI-enabled contract platform. Embed in product development to advise on AI governance, privacy, data use, IP, and security; create scalable review processes, playbooks, and tooling; support customer-facing matters and risk management; and translate legal and technical complexity into actionable product requirements and controls.
