The Head of Microgrid Controls leads the controls engineering team, designs control systems for microgrids, and integrates AI tools. Responsibilities include architecture, programming, commissioning, and team development.

Manage a portfolio of child care and early education clients, owning relationships, renewals, upsells, and satisfaction. Coordinate internal teams to execute digital marketing campaigns, track performance, generate testimonials, and drive measurable results to retain and grow accounts.
