Own the end-to-end customer onboarding journey for Teya’s merchant platform, from offer acceptance through activation. Drive approval, activation, and time-to-activate metrics; identify funnel leakage; own the product roadmap and data; and partner with Sales, Risk, Engineering, and Design. The role requires funnel analytics, SQL or self-service data skills, cross-functional leadership, commercial judgment, and effective use of AI tools. Work is onsite in London or Porto across a multi-market fintech environment.

Lead design and delivery of a standardized go-to-market platform for a specific sales channel. Own end-to-end workflows, codify and scale channel playbooks, integrate shared data/scoring/pricing, design cross-channel handoffs, and own metrics (conversion, velocity, CAC, adherence) to continuously improve routing and automation.

Own and evolve the Global Merchant Database platform, productizing merchant data APIs, event interfaces, and authorization models. Define API contracts, data models, versioning, and metrics while partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and adoption. Champion documentation, platform thinking, and prioritisation for a reliable merchant data foundation.
