Supports education technology proposals and adoptions by completing technology rubrics, forms, questionnaires, and compliance matrices; drafting and editing RFP technology narratives; maintaining technical boilerplate; researching technology requirements, accessibility standards, and data privacy provisions; and coordinating with Product, IT, Legal, Infosec, proposal writers, and subject matter experts. Manages branch operations including ERP order approval, inventory allocation, payment reconciliation, CRM updates, AP/AR, change orders, supply ordering, mail, and invoice processing. Coordinates order fulfillment, customer project tracking, collections, reporting, and communication among internal and external stakeholders. Identifies process improvements, maintains policy compliance, and trains team members on ERP and CRM systems.

Administer on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure, Azure/M365 and Entra governance, network systems, endpoints, enterprise applications, and productivity platforms. Manage circuits, patching, Intune, application deployment, documentation, vendor troubleshooting, and cybersecurity reviews. Support technology implementation projects, system integration, and collaboration with IT teams and end users. Travel to jobsites up to 20% of the time.
