Lead end-to-end delivery of Life & Annuity product initiatives using both Waterfall and Agile/product delivery models. Lead design and execution of the firm's ERM and independent internal audit functions for a regulated crypto fintech. Build ERM framework, define risk appetite, run enterprise risk assessments, maintain risk register/KRIs, conduct risk-based audits across finance, compliance, and cybersecurity, track remediation, present findings to senior management and the Board, and coordinate with external auditors and regulators.

Prepare and review contract payment schedules, invoices, and monthly contract revenue for assigned clinical development projects. Analyze budgets, hours, change orders, backlog, and cash flow; support project managers on profitability tracking and attend project meetings. Provide ad-hoc financial analyses and assist finance and project teams as needed.

Partner with business leaders to produce consolidated P&Ls, forecasts, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Own monthly close cycles, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, capex, and ad-hoc financial modeling. Drive process improvements, collaborate with Accounting, respond to financial inquiries, and build business cases to support value-based decisions in a high-growth environment.

Serve as primary contact for customer and merchandiser inquiries via phone and email. Resolve issues, provide order/product information, update records in NetSuite, generate reports, perform data entry, escalate complex issues, and support team collaboration while following company policies and safety practices.
