Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and engineering teams, contribute to architectural decisions, review code, mentor engineers, and explore responsible AI-assisted workflows.

Build and maintain customer relationships, identify customer needs, recommend RV products, conduct demonstrations, educate buyers, negotiate pricing, finalize contracts, provide post-sale follow-up, and meet or exceed sales quotas. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and detail-oriented skills, along with a high school diploma or GED. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

Supports workers compensation claims staff by entering new claims, updating notes and diaries, processing payments and mail, preparing correspondence and reports, filing documents, scheduling medical appointments, answering calls, and providing customer service. Performs general office tasks, supports quality programs, and completes assigned projects. The role requires high school education or GED and is fully onsite in Portland, Oregon.

Provides in-house legal support for C-PACE financing transactions of $10 million or more, including drafting agreements, conducting legal diligence, reviewing closing and conveyancing documents, coordinating recordation, tracking post-closing matters, and supporting capital markets and new business initiatives. Requires experience representing commercial real estate lenders, with preferred expertise in C-PACE structures, securitization, secondary markets, workouts, and forbearance agreements.
