Own end-to-end billing and revenue recognition for a SaaS business line: prepare and issue invoices, reconcile billed vs. recognized revenue, maintain deferred revenue schedules, resolve discrepancies, support collections, coordinate with sales and cross-functional teams, participate in NetSuite implementation and audits, and maintain organized financial records.

Own post-sale customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, training, value reviews, and renewals. Act as trusted advisor and voice of the customer, engage technical stakeholders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, DevOps), drive issue resolution and feature requests, and manage portfolios from SMB to enterprise with a product- and infrastructure-focused approach.

Serve as an HR consultant and strategic partner to Staff Directors and staff, providing employee relations guidance, compliance, investigations, performance management, recruitment or compensation support, and HR policy interpretation. Partner with the HR team to develop policies, coach HR staff, support workforce planning, and participate in cross-functional projects. Support ministry objectives, raise financial support, and travel for required conferences.

Create high-quality, original content (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, short-form video, visual/multimedia) that translates complex robotics and AI concepts into engaging narratives. Manage social channels, email/newsletter campaigns in HubSpot, build landing pages, use AI tools to accelerate content workflows, experiment with formats, and measure performance to evolve Corvus Robotics' voice and audience presence.
