Provide advanced technical support for WordPress hosting customers through live chat and email. Troubleshoot WordPress performance, caching, slow queries, security issues, and platform problems using tools such as Grafana. Investigate threats, analyze logs and performance trends, recommend optimizations, escalate issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and share technical knowledge. The role supports enterprise clients, agencies, developers, and infrastructure-aware customers while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

The Business Analyst gathers and validates business and functional requirements for federal IT modernization initiatives.
