Oversee accounting, financial reporting, tax reporting and audit processes for private real estate and hedge funds. Review service provider reports, manage budgets, fee and carried interest calculations, capital calls/distributions, fund setups/liquidations, and coordinate with portfolio managers, administrators, auditors, tax advisors, legal, compliance and other stakeholders.

Owns retention analytics for a new Loyalty & Retention organization, including churn definitions, survival analysis, forecasting, experimentation, acquisition attribution, satisfaction analysis, payment recovery, and save-desk performance. The role builds reporting and predictive models from scratch, partners with BI and actuarial teams, influences cross-functional decisions, and presents retention findings and forecasts to executives.

Sell and cross-sell business banking products, evaluate commercial credit and risks, prepare loan documentation and commitment letters, manage a loan portfolio, ensure regulatory compliance (BSA/AML), and maintain client relationships with frequent travel.

Provide day-to-day support for library computing devices and services: install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software and peripherals; manage Apple, Windows, and Chromebook endpoints; resolve tickets; maintain asset inventories and documentation; assist with scripting/automation, software deployment, endpoint security, and patron-facing technology services; collaborate with central IT on projects.
