Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to help drive the expansion and growth of Aconomy’s community. As a crucial member of our team, you will be expected to execute a hands-on approach in building and nurturing our community
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and enhance our brand presence
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data management
Organize and facilitate internal and external communications, enhancing transparency and collaboration
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity
Take initiative in identifying opportunities for the company to optimize collaboration and operate effectively
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a tech or startup (web3) environment
Knowledgeable of Web3 and RWA sectors
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
