Handles moderate-difficulty workers' compensation claims: investigates compensability, establishes reserves, manages medical bills, negotiates settlements, facilitates return-to-work, closes files, manages vendors, and mentors team members.

Lead business strategy, performance and analytics for the IAM business unit. Develop metrics, manage monthly reporting, budgeting, and resource allocation. Provide market intelligence, translate data into presentations, drive strategic initiatives, and partner with senior management and cross-functional teams (HR, Compliance, Finance) to optimize performance, costs, and regulatory responses.

Manage customer requests to liquidate or take distributions of precious metals IRA holdings: verify account details, obtain bids, create invoices, send forms via DocuSign, coordinate with internal teams, maintain Excel tracking, and complete electronic paperwork while providing responsive customer support.

Provide DBA II support for CTMS and other database platforms: incident/request intake, troubleshooting, performance tuning, backups, patching, scripting, and documentation. Participate in on-call rotation, mentor junior DBAs, support projects and IT governance, and communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues and meet service objectives.
