Analyze and measure business processes, lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma), develop and track performance metrics, perform root-cause analyses, recommend and implement process changes, provide training and consultation, and perform cost-benefit analyses to increase safety, productivity, and reduce costs.
