Lead finance systems activities supporting SAP deployments and business process improvements for Contract-to-Collection. Drive process analysis, data mapping/conversion, testing, SOX controls, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders. May manage a small finance team.

Lead SOX/internal controls for Aerospace controllership: develop and execute a COSO-aligned, risk-based control framework; assess and mitigate risks; improve control design, documentation, and financial process efficiency; collaborate with finance and senior stakeholders; manage and develop the internal controls team.

Lead identification, diligence, negotiation, and integration of acquisition targets to drive strategic growth. Perform valuation and financial analysis, manage deal execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor post-merger performance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Lead and continuously improve the companys SOX 404 program: design strategy, risk assessment, scoping, testing, and remediation. Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and business owners to document controls, manage external audits, drive automation and ERP/GRC integrations, report to executives and Audit Committee, and establish policies, training, and a scalable SOX team.

Support M&A, fundraising, and investor relations through financial modeling, valuation, due diligence coordination, forecasting and consolidation, KPI tracking, and executive-level presentations to drive strategic transactions and funding decisions.

Support earned value management, financial forecasting, EAC preparation, variance analysis, pricing/proposal support, cash management, compliance audits, and cross-functional collaboration for program financials.

Lead business unit finance activities including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasts, cost accounting, project profitability analysis, and presenting results to leadership. Partner with site management to drive financial performance, ensure compliance with accounting policies (including ASC 606), and manage a small finance team.

The Senior Director of Finance leads FP&A and reporting, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, governance, and compliance while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Support accounting, reporting, and month/quarter-end close activities. Perform reconciliations, journal entries, SAP guidance, P&L and balance sheet analysis, internal controls reviews, and ad-hoc financial requests while partnering with controllers and cross-functional teams to improve finance tools and processes.

Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping in the ERP, manage lot-based inventory accounting and reconciliations, support month-end close and financial reporting, and provide dedicated accounting support to Unical while coordinating with finance and operations teams.

Lead end-to-end reconciliation of complex cloud invoices, produce program-specific financial reports for PMO, ensure FAR-compliant invoicing and contract funding adherence, use spreadsheets and dashboards for analysis, and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance and cash forecasting analysis, management and investor reporting, cost accounting, audits, and financial controls; partner with senior leadership and project controls.
