The Senior Manager, Financial Systems within the Corporate Financial Systems organization, is responsible for leading project-related activities in partnership with cross functional Business and IT teams. This role supports SAP deployments and business process improvement initiatives. The position provides Finance governance for the Contract to Collection (C2C) process stream, with a strong focus on aftermarket and commercial sales. The incumbent will collaborate with project teams across functions to drive standardized SAP and business solutions that adhere to GAAP and applicable government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with cross functional ERP teams to support SAP deployments and system enhancements.
• Lead GDM process analysis to assess and define business models.
• Manage project deliverables and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders on data mapping, data conversion, user acceptance testing, and go live activities.
• Approve technical solutions for system changes and collaborate with IT on system enhancements and configuration.
• Ensure comprehensive testing of all solutions and verify that cross functional activities do not negatively impact financial data, processes, or compliance.
• Evaluate financial systems to ensure appropriate controls are in place to maintain a robust control environment and SOX compliance.
• May manage and develop a team of Finance professionals (individual contributors).
MUST HAVE:
• 5+ years of experience managing Finance and Accounting processes.
• 5+ years of SAP experience.
