Provide phone and email customer support for Revelyst Golf & Technology brands, handle order processing and replacements, escalate complex technical or mapping issues, assist with app build QA, collaborate across teams, and serve as backup team lead while meeting SLAs and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Provide travel, procurement, and hiring support for the ASU Library: process travel requests and expenses, manage purchase requisitions and vendor coordination, support staff and student hiring in Workday, maintain records and compliance, document and improve processes, and deliver administrative customer service to faculty, staff, students, and partners.

Lead and supervise pre- and post-award research administration for the School, managing proposal development, submission, awards administration, compliance, faculty financial monitoring, staff development, process improvements, and liaison work across campus and sponsors to advance research goals.

Serve as the primary IT/functional resource for warehouse and logistics processes using SAP EWM on S/4HANA. Support integrations (ALE/IDocs), RF solutions, requirements gathering, testing, production support, and continuous improvement across the distribution center.

Perform outside sales on an assigned route to increase product sales, placements, and in-store branding. Service customer accounts, upsell inventory, cooler space, and displays, maintain Red Bull equipment, monitor competitors, meet monthly sales and merchandising goals, and collaborate across the organization.
