We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join the Revelyst Golf & Technology platform team.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for accounting for the team's daily tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, answering phone calls and email tickets, supporting multiple golf brands within the RGT portfolio, handling replacements and processing orders, and other ad hoc projects.
This position reports to the Supervisor, Technical Product Support - Bushnell Golf.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will have an opportunity to:
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely, customer-first manner, maintaining external and internal SLAs.
- Act as a de-escalation – The customer should always leave happier than when they called or emailed. Surprise and Delight
- Assist the strategic customers in escalating course and GPS mapping issues.
- Answered calls throughout the day, assisting with technical and billing issues or account issues
- Q and A for software or App builds to go over any bugs for newer versions
- Act as a backup for GolfLogix team lead
- Serve as the escalation point for complex or sensitive customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and discrepancies.
You have:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, and NetSuite).
- Basic understanding of golf
- Surprise and Delight approach to life and supporting customers
- Ability to work one day on the weekend and other days in the GolfLogix Office
Pay Range:
Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $22.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
