Lead and operate the company's IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and continuity. Serve as a hands-on technical leader driving system design, vendor/financial governance, team development, and cross-functional technology initiatives to support manufacturing and distribution operations.

Provide proactive on-site and remote IT support for clients: monitor and remediate infrastructure, perform maintenance and backups, assist onboarding/offboarding, document systems and procedures, escalate issues, participate in on-call rotations, and support other departments to reduce reactive support.

Owns vision and performance of the enterprise Service Desk, driving ITSM/ITIL v4 and SIAM-aligned service integration, vendor governance, XLAs, and experience-led support. Own tier-2 support and administration for the Seminary's learning technology stack, proactively improve platforms and processes for online learners, equip tier-1 teams with documentation and training, manage platform incidents and upgrades, provide AV/event support, and communicate adoption metrics and outages to stakeholders.

Manage and maintain CRC Americas server, network, virtualization, storage, and voice environments. Administer Windows, AD/GPO, Exchange, O365, VMware, Cisco networking and VoIP; perform monitoring, backups, security filtering, troubleshooting, reporting, documentation, help-desk escalation, automation, and participate in after-hours support and infrastructure projects.

Provide real-time technical support for Maggie to court reporters: triage and resolve product, hardware, network, and audio issues; file reproducible bug reports; update knowledge base; take on-call shifts for P0 emergencies; build East Coast hardware kits; coordinate with IT and engineering teams.

Administer and maintain IBM i (AS/400) platform to ensure stability, security, performance, and high availability for RPG-based ERP/WMS. Own DR/replication (Maxava), backup (BRMS), system upgrades, performance tuning, security/audit, automation (CL/QShell/PASE/Python/Rexx), integrations (SFTP/APIs/EDI), and documentation/runbooks across hybrid on-prem Power Systems and PowerVS cloud environments.

Provide system administration for Windows-based application hosting: support IIS, monitor performance and availability, coordinate security patching, assist deployments, configuration management, and infrastructure modernization in FISMA-regulated federal environments.

Manage IT procurement, asset intake, inventory tracking, and disposal. Create purchase orders, approve invoices, tag equipment, complete inventory transfers and reports, maintain budget records, document processes, and perform general administrative tasks while coordinating with vendors and city departments.

Provide remote technical support to branches and remote users: diagnose and resolve video/phone/access/connectivity issues, handle password resets, follow knowledge base, document incidents, analyze trends, prioritize and escalate as needed.
