As a Senior Support Engineer, you will provide technical support for Akeyless's SaaS platform, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers with configuration and best practices, ensuring operational stability and satisfaction.

Lead development of orthomosaic tile imagery products for FireSat and SBEM: design and implement scalable mosaicking, orthorectification, and radiometric normalization algorithms; write production-ready code; author technical and customer-facing documentation; validate scientific quality; engage stakeholders and act as product owner for SBEM granule product; collaborate with engineers and scientists.

Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and internal developer tooling to scale a production SaaS platform. Improve performance, scalability, and security, integrate observability, build AI-assisted automation, support production debugging and incidents, and participate in on-call rotations while enabling strong developer experience and documentation.

Build full‑stack features that automate reporting and slide/document generation: database models, async workflows, UI components, AI insights, native charts, data sync optimizations, and integrations with BI and content platforms.

Lead regional product innovation initiatives including voice-of-customer research, new market introduction, TCO improvement roadmap, and the Genie Builder Program. Coordinate cross-functional launch and go-to-market activities, support demand generation, evaluate new products, and manage program execution and customer communications across global time zones.

Build and maintain BI dashboards and KPI reporting for manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and fulfillment. Create internal tools and workflow automations, integrate APIs and business systems, and consolidate ERP/MES/PLM data into unified operational reporting tied to recurring decisions.

Lead development and execution of homeowner‑facing communications across email, web, letters, phone, IVR and chatbots. Ensure brand, compliance, and CX alignment; craft clear copy, manage cross‑functional stakeholders and templates, analyze engagement data, and drive personalization and self‑service improvements.

Full-cycle SMB Account Executive responsible for outbound pipeline generation, consultative discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing net-new SaaS business. Manage territory plans, prospect across phone/email/LinkedIn, maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, run deals with MEDDPICC, forecast in data-driven cadence, and collaborate with SDRs and leadership. Represent the company at conferences and share competitive field intelligence to scale outbound best practices.

Lead administrative project support: manage documents, schedule and run meetings, track action items and deliverables, set up collaboration platforms (SharePoint/MS Teams), create workflows, prepare presentations, develop onboarding and H&S documentation, mentor team members, and audit records to ensure accuracy.

Own and execute a portfolio of vendor renewal contracts, build and maintain renewal pipeline and forecasts, coordinate with sales/channel operations and manufacturers, generate quotes 30/60/90 days ahead, maximize manufacturer incentives, and support customers via phone and email.
