Design, build, and lead AWS-based contact center solutions (Amazon Connect, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice). Develop integrations, implement CloudFormation/Lambda, apply IaC and CI/CD, perform code reviews, provide technical advisory, documentation and training, and ensure secure, scalable architectures.
