Lead and build a best-in-class FP&A function for a high-growth managed services company. Drive budgeting, forecasting, driver-based modeling, variance analysis, and performance tracking. Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing on pipeline, pricing, and margin optimization. Improve FP&A systems, automation, and analytics, prepare Board and investor materials, support M&A and due diligence, and scale a high-performing team while partnering with Controllership for accurate reporting.

Lead global planning, execution, and optimization of in-person and virtual B2B events and integrated marketing campaigns. Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, martech platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, iCapture), promotional assets, onsite operations, and post-event evaluation. Lead paid search strategy and activation for a portfolio of DTC clients across search platforms (Google, Microsoft, Yahoo), manage performance and shopping/PMAX campaigns, drive insights and automation (including AI), mentor direct reports, support new business pitches, and act as a strategic client advisor.

Provide remote, Pacific Time client support for One Legal users: resolve inquiries via phone and written communication, maintain Salesforce records, guide clients through the platform, advocate for product improvements, meet KPIs, assist onboarding, and contribute to operational improvements and de-escalation.

Lead enterprise business architecture efforts by modeling current and target states, identifying gaps and risks, creating capability maps and roadmaps, translating business needs into requirements, and guiding cross-functional stakeholders to align processes, people, data, and technology for strategic transformation.

Analyze sales, pipeline, and revenue data to produce forecasting, performance, retention, pricing, and capacity insights.
