The Director of Federal Sales will build and lead Andesite’s federal sales function while carrying an individual quota. Responsibilities include managing sellers, developing account and territory strategies, closing complex cybersecurity software deals, working with resellers and system integrators, forecasting pipeline, enforcing CRM discipline, and representing the company to senior government and industry stakeholders across DoD, IC, and civilian markets.

Evaluate LLM and automation outputs for accuracy, consistency, and reliability; create annotations and training datasets; research ambiguous cases; support product recognition and classification models; and use AI tools to improve operational efficiency. The role also involves maintaining model and catalog quality through mapping and classification work.

Own the Expanded Core business P&L, financial models, forecasts, reporting, and data infrastructure. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, variance analysis, SQL-based data validation, and strategic business analysis. The role also provides technical leadership and develops cloud security standards.

Supports clinical foodservice technology implementations by programming applications, developing product requirements, troubleshooting issues, managing support processes, analyzing product data, coordinating hardware installations, training users, and collaborating with facility staff. The role serves as a clinical nutrition and technology subject matter expert while contributing to projects, stakeholder communications, sourcing, and application improvements.

Assistant Controller will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; oversee general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, and expense reporting; ensure U.S. GAAP compliance; coordinate audits and tax requirements; improve accounting systems and processes; and supervise accounting staff or outsourced partners. Leads customer discovery, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, technology reviews, integrations, and security architecture discussions. Builds technical relationships with customers and channel partners, supports sales teams, collaborates on deployments and product projects, and maintains expertise in security technologies, networking, cloud security, attacker progression, incident response, and competitive offerings. Regional travel is required as needed.
