Advise leadership and implement controls to mitigate financial crime across deposit and lending operations.

Lead fund and client accounting for complex private equity funds: calculate NAVs, performance, allocate expenses, prepare reports, review reconciliations, guide junior staff, drive process improvements, and liaise with clients to resolve accounting issues.
