Manage project billings, collections, vendor payments, waiver and lien support, cash flow reporting by job, assist project closeout, and participate in team meetings.

Part-time spring-term internship supporting the Compliance Team: document scanning/filing, reviewing statements and transactions, maintaining compliance logs and calendars, testing procedures, preparing regulatory documents, data entry, and administrative support to senior compliance consultants.

Perform complex financial analysis and manage CECL and loan stress-testing models, assumptions, documentation, and reporting. Interface with auditors, regulators, and internal teams; manage model risk, qualitative adjustments, and produce reports from the data warehouse. Ensure compliance with BSA and internal policies.

Manage project invoicing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable and WIP aging, reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts, support project managers on budgets and billing, resolve invoicing issues, and assist with audits and profitability analysis.

Lead credit underwriting, approval, and portfolio oversight across commercial, commercial real estate, and private banking. Monitor portfolio performance, conduct credit reviews, manage problem loans, oversee appraisals, advise senior leadership, and coach credit analysts. Ensure regulatory compliance, enforce credit policy, and support portfolio strategy and governance.

Lead the banks enterprise compliance program, oversee regulatory compliance (CRA, HMDA, fair lending, privacy), vendor management, training, examination readiness, legal correspondence, and reporting to senior management and the Board. Develop risk-based policies, monitor regulatory change, review products and processes for compliance, manage vendor and privacy programs, and coordinate CRA and lending/deposit compliance activities.

Support commercial loan portfolio management and underwriting by coordinating with clients and internal teams, performing reviews, preparing reports, monitoring credit quality, assisting with vendor management, cross-selling bank products, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Provide accounting and administrative support to the office manager and dealer/general manager. Duties include posting AR/AP, processing deals, calculating commissions, preparing bank deposits, monthly reconciliations, filing/scanning, and other assigned office tasks.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close across domestic and international entities; oversee AR/AP/payroll/project accounting; maintain U.S. GAAP compliance and ASC 606 revenue recognition (POC/WIP); improve and standardize accounting processes in Deltek Vantagepoint; support audits, tax coordination, and integration of acquired entities; lead and develop the accounting team.
