Manage end-to-end accounts payable: review/process vendor invoices in NetSuite with PO matching, run ACH/wire/check payments, reconcile credit cards and expense reports, assign cost centers/projects, ensure sales/use tax and 1099 reporting, support month-end close and audits, and resolve vendor billing issues with Supply Chain and Warehouse.

Support Separate Account and Asset Management teams with portfolio administration, client reporting, valuation coordination, and data management. Prepare budgets, assist with quarterly valuations and underwriting support, maintain lease and property data in Yardi, and coordinate reporting from Argus and CoStar. Provide administrative support, track deadlines, and develop into junior asset management responsibilities over time.

Lead and direct the consumer lending channel across markets, owning strategy, growth, profitability, compliance, credit and interest rate risk, product development, LOS decisioning, pricing models, vendor management, and portfolio performance.

Manage the full accounts receivable cycle including invoicing, payment posting, collections, cash application, account reconciliation, and customer account management. Prepare recurring and project invoices, monitor aging reports, resolve billing discrepancies, maintain records in ConnectWise Manage and Sage Intacct, support month-end close and reporting, and provide customer service and backup AP support as needed.

Perform timely, accurate invoicing and related accounts receivable tasks, communicate unbilled accounts for resolution, enter invoice requests, support month-end invoicing and audits, maintain invoice records, follow finance policies, and assist finance leadership and operational teams.

Manage accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, GL, procurement, contracts, grants, tax and audits. Oversee financial close, prepare reports, support budgeting, ensure GAAP and grant compliance, implement internal controls, supervise finance staff, and coordinate audits.

Perform forensic and financial audits to support civil fraud investigations and litigation: analyze healthcare claims, financial records, perform statistical sampling (RAT-STATS), damages and asset tracing analyses, prepare investigative reports, and support AUSAs and investigative agencies.

Support payroll operations and EVV processing by reconciling records, resolving discrepancies, maintaining payroll documentation, assisting caregivers with payroll and timekeeping issues, and collaborating with payroll, HR, billing, and operations teams to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance.

Manage exemption certificates, prepare multi-jurisdictional sales & use tax returns, maintain business license compliance, perform tax account reconciliations, extract and validate data for filings and audits, and support process improvements across Finance, Operations, and IT.

Support fiscal and operational management for nonprofit programs: develop and monitor grant/contract budgets, prepare financial reports and invoices, perform month-/year-end closes and reconciliations, ensure GAAP compliance, support audits, train program managers on regulations, manage restricted/unrestricted funds and cost allocations, and collaborate with Finance Director and program staff.
