Manages the firm's core financial accounting systems and ancillary applications, ensuring controls, data governance, upgrades, and reliability. Oversees month-end and year-end close processes, system implementations, user training, documentation, process improvements, and acts as subject-matter expert partnering with finance leadership to support audit, reporting, and operational needs.

Temporary part-time role supporting accounts payable, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, audit prep, grant financial documentation, and QuickBooks Online implementation and data migration. Assist vendor communications, banking verification (Positive Pay), chart of accounts setup, and maintain organized financial records to support PRAB's fiscal transition.

Lead project-level accounting for large customer contracts and internal capital projects across the contract lifecycle. Manage ASC 606 revenue recognition, contract assets/liabilities, billing, cash tracking, month-end close, audit support, and project accounting schedules. Partner with project management, engineering, operations, and AR to ensure accurate financial outcomes and drive process/system improvements, including SAP enhancements and system implementations.

Execute and operationalize compliance frameworks for the Member and Digital Experience portfolio: review materials for regulatory compliance, maintain controls and inventories, support audits and remediation, manage complaints, conduct regulatory research, participate in PRCI/RCSA, and collaborate cross-functionally to embed compliance into day-to-day operations.

Manage a portfolio of overdue B2B accounts, resolve complex disputes, negotiate payment plans, mentor junior collectors, collaborate with Sales/Billing, monitor aging reports, and recommend escalations to third-party collections or write-offs while ensuring legal and policy compliance.

Support preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 11-K), XBRL, and related disclosures; perform consolidations and monthly/quarterly journal entries (share-based compensation, derivatives, benefit plans); prepare reporting packages, variance analyses, accounting research under US GAAP, and collaborate cross-functionally on transactions and special projects.

Perform accounts receivable and payable duties including posting charges and payments, invoicing residents, making deposits, coding and entering vendor invoices, monitoring budgets, maintaining resident non-care files, and ensuring vendor insurance certificates and confidentiality compliance.

Manage a portfolio of high-value law firm clients, acting as primary billing/finance contact for partners. Oversee timely billing and receivables, resolve payment issues, analyze financial performance using dashboards, and ensure compliance with firm policies. Communicate complex financial concepts clearly, support partners on fee arrangements and law firm economics, and drive client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare and reconcile multi-state sales and use tax filings, compile and analyze tax data from multiple sources, query financial data using SQL, prepare exemption certificates, manage tax correspondence, research complex multi-state tax and registration issues, liaise with business units to resolve tax issues, and improve sales/use tax compliance processes.

Support daily accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, cash management, bank reconciliations, intercompany coordination, variance analysis, and assist with audits while collaborating across the finance team.
