Lead corporate FP&A planning and budgeting, manage month‑end and quarter‑end reporting and board presentations, run headcount planning and cost modeling, create processes and automations, manage subsidiary relationships, and perform ad‑hoc financial analysis to hold the organization accountable to financial plans.

Lead month-end close, produce financial management reports, forecasts, cashflow models and variance analysis. Manage group consolidation, GL and cost center structure, mentor juniors, improve processes, and partner cross-functionally to support financial decision-making.

Review and process KYC submissions for retail and institutional clients; research and validate client ownership structures, update records, manage account restrictions, escalate PEP/adverse media cases, liaise with business units, and provide regulatory guidance to ensure AML/CDD compliance.

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and month/year-end close, process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll for W-2 and 1099 workers, and calculate, audit, and disburse tiered sales commissions. Ensure multi-state payroll tax compliance, maintain commission tracking aligned with CRM/job-management data, reconcile accounts, and prepare year-end tax documents. Coordinate with ownership, sales leadership, operations, and external CPA.

Lead and manage the bank's BSA/AML/OFAC program, overseeing transaction monitoring, SAR/CTR/OFAC processes, QA/QC, risk assessments, vendor/system implementations, regulatory exam responses, reporting, and team performance to ensure compliance and mitigate financial crime risk.

Manage financial support for a portfolio of programs, oversee at least one analyst, handle grant accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and ad-hoc financial analysis. Ensure funder compliance, prepare reports for senior management and audits, and support program staff in financial systems and processes.
