Lead and manage a team of commercial underwriters to ensure timely, consistent, and risk-aligned credit decisions. Oversee daily underwriting operations, monitor SLAs and portfolio quality, coach staff, drive process improvements, serve as escalation for complex cases, maintain policy compliance, collaborate cross-functionally, and support audits, automation, and strategic credit initiatives.

Manage and optimize accounting processes, controls, and financial reporting. Oversee affiliate payments, audits, UI, deferred revenue, month-end close, tax compliance, registered agents, AP, credit card reconciliation, lender reporting, and lead ad-hoc projects while collaborating with accounting staff and external stakeholders.

Partner with operations and finance to develop and maintain product costing for extruded product lines, analyze production variances and inventory, drive cost-saving opportunities, support budgeting and financial reporting, evaluate capital investments, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational and financial performance.

Lead Tides Foundation's Fund Administration: manage a portfolio and a team of Fund Administrators, ensure fund stewardship, compliance, and data integrity; improve workflows and systems; partner cross-functionally to resolve escalations and deliver equity-centered partner service.

Maintain accurate financial records, prepare and post journal entries, perform reconciliations, support month-end close and reporting, assist AP/AR and inventory costing, and support audits while improving accounting processes.

Perform research and resolution of unapplied cash and credits, develop methodologies and tools for cash application, reconcile unapplied cash accounts, contact payers/vendors for missing payment information, assist audits, train users on primary research protocols, and maintain procedure documentation.

Lead month-end close activities, prepare complex journal entries and reconciliations, support US and international audits, and drive process improvements and automation. Collaborate cross-functionally, support M&A integrations and system implementations, document SOPs, and act as primary contact for external auditors and local accounting firms.

Oversee biweekly payroll and full-cycle accounts payable, supervise payroll and AP staff, ensure accurate allocations and compliance, develop ADP reports and AP reporting, reconcile 401(k) contributions, manage vendor and contract invoice consistency, prepare cash projections, and drive process improvements and documentation.

Perform daily bank reconciliations, prepare journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and support month-end and year-end close activities. Manage general and inventory accounting, generate financial reports and variance analysis, support audits and government contractor rate structures, identify process improvements, and complete ad hoc reporting and projects.

Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting for the business unit: complete monthly close, reconcile GL, lead AP operations, prepare journal entries, monitor fixed assets, manage state tax filings and research, and support ad hoc accounting projects.
