Owner of general ledger and month-end close, improve procure-to-pay processes, build automations and data pipelines, advise cross-functional teams, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and audit readiness.

Manage end-to-end expense reporting, corporate card activity, and supplier invoice processing in Oracle. Investigate and resolve transaction issues, collaborate with employees, vendors, and cross-functional teams, and improve AP processes and workflows.

Lead global pricing strategy and governance for multiple product lines, develop pricing models and analytics, partner cross-functionally to improve margins, maintain price books and ERP pricing, support key account pricing and commercial initiatives, and provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.

Prepare monthly accounting entries, FX translation, reconciliations, consolidated financial statements and investor reports. Manage cashflow, payments, tax, audit, treasury, internal controls, product costing and KPIs. Lead finance team, coordinate with local firms, support strategic planning and cost-savings initiatives.

Lead accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, payroll, treasury, regulatory and financial reporting, audits, internal controls, fixed assets, leases, and cash flow management to provide accurate financial insights for leadership.

Support financial operations, customer account administration, billing, AR/AP, bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, procurement, vendor management, sales tax/1099 compliance, reconciliations, collections, and administrative compliance support.

Perform high-volume cash application (ACH, checks, credit cards), research and resolve payment discrepancies, maintain payment records, support month-end/year-end close, collaborate with sales/operations and provide AR backup support.
