Collaborate with Product, implement automated QA practices, and contribute to production deployments while practicing robust testing methodologies.

Build and nurture relationships with benefits consultants and brokers, educate them on LearnLux product and roadmap, gather consultant feedback for internal teams, partner with sales to source and support leads, and share best practices to grow consultant partnerships across the Eastern US.

Support execution of large-scale B2B outbound and demand-generation campaigns: build outreach sequences, manage outreach tools, enrich and QA data, maintain outbound infrastructure, coordinate webinar and content syndication operations, research target accounts/ICPs, assist reporting, and apply AI tools to automate workflows.

Own full sales cycle for an HR-focused SaaS product: prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals. Manage pipeline in HubSpot, collaborate with marketing and customer success, and identify market expansion opportunities in HR tech and performance management.

Write and publish high-quality blog posts and case studies by researching eCommerce/logistics topics and interviewing customers. Propose original content ideas, craft narratives that showcase customer success and Wondys impact, collaborate with the team, use Figma/Framer/HubSpot/Google Workspace for content workflows, and track content performance to improve engagement.
