First IT hire responsible for end-to-end IT: systems administration (Rippling, Google Workspace, SSO), device lifecycle, help desk, vendor and license management, security operations (endpoint protection, phishing simulations, awareness training), and establishing HIPAA compliance and documentation.

Lead site supply chain operations to manage spend, inventory, vendor relationships, and team performance. Drive contract compliance, process improvement, budgeting/variance analysis, and collaboration with clinical departments to achieve financial and operational targets.
