Answer inbound phone calls from providers and collection staff to resolve claim status inquiries, explain billing processes and timing, coordinate with internal departments, meet service and availability standards, identify system/procedural issues, and complete assigned projects.

Greet and check in patients, verify and update records, prepare charts and daily physician schedules, confirm appointments and insurance, collect payments, manage the waiting area, schedule follow-ups and same-day visits, maintain confidentiality, and perform light cleaning and other office duties in an outpatient clinical setting.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership by managing complex priorities, sensitive information, communications, and logistics. Use independent judgment and discretion, collaborate with team members to support shared priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and occasionally work outside standard business hours.

Provide system-level technical support to internal users: troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; manage and query databases using MS SQL; communicate with external vendors; document problems and resolutions; identify redundant processes and develop automation tools; maintain and expand support documentation and reports.

Support regional sales by maintaining reporting, goal tracking, and promotions; coordinate meetings, compile weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, assist territory reps, and manage CenterPoint showroom operations and customer-facing duties.

Coordinate customer service operations, manage service contract lifecycle, support accurate billing, maintain installation database accuracy, create service documentation, and resolve customer invoicing disputes while communicating with customers and field teams in Greek and English.
