Provides operational and fundraising support for the Development team, including gift and pledge processing, donor acknowledgements, prospect research, Salesforce data maintenance, reconciliation, reporting, and donor record management. Coordinates team meetings, calendars, documentation, expenses, invoices, and fundraising event logistics. Requires accurate data handling, administrative organization, discretion, communication skills, and collaboration with Finance and Development staff.

Manages administrative operations for a golf club, including correspondence, timecard review, membership charge reconciliation, records and filing, purchasing, payroll and accounting support, personnel audits, communications, and customer relations. Provides management support, maintains club communications, assists with events, and serves as a backup Pro Shop Clerk. Requires accurate multitasking, strong communication, confidentiality, computer proficiency, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Supports a managed services operations center through network and cloud monitoring, first-level troubleshooting, incident logging, SLA and ticket management, infrastructure maintenance, reporting, customer updates, documentation, and escalation of complex issues. The intern works with AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMware, network devices, servers, and security-related systems while supporting projects and continuous process improvement.

Supports enterprise knowledge management for a U.S. Combatant Command by organizing and tagging content, maintaining SharePoint and M365 portals, workflows, taxonomies, metadata, and collaboration spaces. Captures lessons learned, supports records management and migrations, documents and improves processes, prepares structured data for dashboards, and delivers user training, SOPs, and job aids across headquarters, component commands, and TSOCs.
