Provide first-line IT support with emphasis on macOS troubleshooting, hardware lifecycle (procurement, deployment, inventory, loaner pool), repair and warranty coordination, AV and accessories management, IT onboarding, device provisioning/shipments, office moves, and proactive hardware refresh planning.

Owner of company IT surface: PC fleet provisioning and imaging, fleet and customer site support, GPU/kernel troubleshooting, ticketing and intake, access management, enclave compliance support, working with DevOps on CI/VPN/DNS, and documenting SOPs to reduce tribal knowledge.

Handle auto physical damage claims, including coverage analysis, liability decisions, reserve adjustments, claim evaluations, settlement negotiations, and recovery efforts. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, analyze claim trends, pilot process innovations, and support special projects. The role requires licensed claims experience and performance in cycle time and recovery targets, with a hybrid schedule in Atlanta.

Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to address strategic and operational challenges. Build business cases, quantitative and financial models, competitive analyses, and customer and market insights. Define business performance drivers, implement strategy across products, and develop scalable solutions. The role requires strong executive communication, independent execution, AI fluency, SQL proficiency, and experience in strategy, management consulting, or related fields.

Provides operational and client support for investment accounting and financial reporting matters. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, validating investment data, supporting account setup and reconciliations, documenting solutions, using internal tools and market data, prioritizing workflows, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and improve the client experience.

Coordinates workplace and office services, including front desk and guest registration, inventory, mail and courier processing, administrative workflows, catering, meetings, events, ticketing requests, and safety initiatives. Partners with property management and internal teams to maintain welcoming, functional offices, deliver high-touch service, protect confidentiality, and continuously improve workplace operations.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders, including complex calendar, travel, expense, meeting, event, document, and information management. Welcomes guests, coordinates office logistics, manages vendors and deliveries, supports executive communications and strategic projects, and improves administrative processes. Requires discretion, strong communication, proactive problem-solving, technology proficiency, and flexibility in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
