The role requires independent execution, strong organization, discretion, adaptability, and experience supporting C-level executives.

Provide technical support for Flywire’s Student Financial Services, eStore, and TPI products across the U.S. and Canada. Manage tickets within SLA requirements, troubleshoot web applications using research and command-line tools, communicate solutions to customers, and collaborate with product and engineering teams on escalations and enhancements. Maintain AI repositories and knowledge bases while using Claude, Gemini, and related tools to automate investigations, documentation, maintenance, and client communications.

Administer classified Linux and Windows environments, including storage, networking, firewalls, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, monitoring, automation, maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting. Develop SOPs, support production and development systems, follow DoD security guidelines, and provide after-hours maintenance support. The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and on-site work in Arlington, Virginia.

Supports investment client onboarding by preparing proposals and account paperwork, entering transfer and ACH instructions, tracking account status, resolving transfer issues, conducting quality checks, and coordinating updates with advisors and staff. The role also improves operational processes, mentors junior team members, and applies investment knowledge to handle exceptions and special instructions.

Supports daily digital banking operations, including account opening, onboarding, funding, customer due diligence, risk reviews, payments, card servicing, disputes, deposit maintenance, and client support. Ensures compliance with banking regulations, policies, and internal controls while collaborating with internal teams and third-party partners. Participates in system testing, process improvements, product enhancements, and operational initiatives that improve digital banking services and client experience.

Own daily workplace operations across NYC, Boston, and Nashville offices, including supplies, vendors, mail, equipment, space upkeep, and internal processes. Plan culture events, support onboarding setup, welcome visitors and employees, and coordinate travel between offices. The role is based in Brooklyn five days per week and requires occasional travel to Boston and Nashville.

Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including objects, data models, Flow automation, approval processes, sales pipelines, cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, entitlements, and SLAs. Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and delivery teams on backlog planning, troubleshooting, releases, demos, integrations, and Agentforce initiatives. Support Agile ceremonies, production incidents, and Pacific Time coverage.

Supervise and improve the Client Services function, handling escalated help desk issues, incident and problem management, SLAs, service standards, hardware lifecycle activities, user accounts, and technical support processes. Coordinate across IT Operations, IT Applications, business units, and vendors; coach support staff; manage projects; perform root-cause analysis; and drive customer satisfaction, documentation quality, and service delivery improvements.

Own the President’s operating cadence across Product, Engineering, and Design; improve decision quality, execution velocity, governance, and leadership communications. Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, track commitments and risks, evolve operating-model processes, and represent the President when needed. Apply enterprise AI tools to automate operating work, synthesize information, improve preparation, and accelerate delivery. Partner with senior leaders across business functions while influencing without formal authority.
