Own P&L, coach Clinic Managers, drive integrations (Zenoti EMR), implement SOPs, manage vendors, ensure compliance, support growth and post-acquisition integrations, and train junior operations staff. Must be LA-based, onsite 3-4 days weekly, and fluent in Mandarin.

Handle inbound customer calls and chats using AI tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues, de-escalate frustrated customers, follow documented processes, and flag patterns and insights to improve AI and support workflows. Opportunity for advancement into AI-focused roles.

Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, managing the full order lifecycle from quote to payment. Create and maintain ERP item and customer records, coordinate with sales, production, prepress, and shipping, handle inquiries and complaints, manage inventory levels, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead statewide IT strategy and operations across multiple ACLU affiliates. Oversee MSP, infrastructure, telephony, cloud services, SharePoint intranets, Teams, vendor contracts, security, budgets, training, and helpdesk workflows.

Administer and maintain enterprise SharePoint farms: setup, backup/recovery, migration (2010→2013 using AvePoint DocAve), patching, performance tuning, restores, documentation, and occasional off-hours work to meet user needs.

Perform field audits of completed utility locates to verify accuracy, compliance with company and state one-call laws, inspect documentation, document deficiencies, coach technicians, track trends, and collaborate with operations leadership to ensure corrective actions and safety standards are met.

Provide high-leverage support to founders (calendar, travel, scheduling); run office operations (space, supplies, vendors, meals); manage team logistics, onboarding, events and offsites; build operational systems and processes; proactively identify and resolve issues to keep a fast-growing team focused on mission.

Lead day-to-day operations for LIFT, implement Equisoft and NetSuite, manage outsourcing partner, develop and execute operational strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, set KPIs, manage budgets and vendors, and build high-performing teams.

Administer and maintain enterprise servers, virtual environments, and infrastructure for a mission-critical DOD platform. Perform system administration, monitoring, patching, backups, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation. Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineers, help desk, and government stakeholders. Support upgrades, disaster recovery, after-hours maintenance, and on-call duties while ensuring security and availability of systems.
