Co-op student will assist the Information Systems team with help-desk support, hardware/software installation, network (LAN/WAN/TCP-IP) administration, inventory and lifecycle management, software package creation, and user training. Work includes supporting wireless phone systems (Spectralink), scanners, terminals and other peripherals while following standards and writing technical documentation.

Provide L3 technical support and configuration for Ceridian Dayforce payroll across Canada and the US. Troubleshoot system issues, respond to tickets, conduct testing for updates, document processes, train end users, collaborate with stakeholders on enhancements, and identify process improvements.

Administer and support IT systems in an automotive manufacturing environment, including MES and ERP administration, network and device monitoring, firewalls and cybersecurity systems. Manage Microsoft Active Directory, Cisco infrastructure, and VMware virtualization. Ensure reliable system operations and collaborate across teams to support production environments.

Rotate through IT teams supporting business applications (SAP/ERP, EDI, MES). Provide 1st/2nd level user support, troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, administer master data, prepare technical documentation, assist with application testing, and interface with 3rd-level support for problem resolution.

Lead and manage IT support, helpdesk and infrastructure teams to ensure continuous operation of production systems. Define support strategy, KPIs, vendor management, asset and license control, network/telecom redundancy, servers, virtualization, storage, and customer-facing service delivery while planning projects and supervising personnel.

Provide end-user technical support, assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems. Support Active Directory, O365 (SharePoint, Teams), print servers and central services. Help deploy updates, maintain IT inventory and documentation, and research emerging technologies.

Support and optimize SAP S/4HANA and ECC landscapes for NA plants. Configure SD/LE modules, troubleshoot EDI and RF solutions, design functional specs for ABAP, perform testing (unit/integration/UAT), ensure data integrity, support shipping/labeling outputs, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve sales and logistics processes.

Support Operations Excellence for Industrial Solutions by driving continuous improvement, KPI/OKR management, escalation resolution, billing accuracy, small/medium project delivery, vendor and SRM oversight, system maintenance, budget/resource planning, training programs, and cross-functional coordination to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Implement, configure, and support SAP Concur (Expense, Request, Travel) globally. Provide L2/L3 incident management, onboarding and rollout activities, manage data imports/exports and integrations, support Cognos reporting and Concur-related RPA, collaborate with SAP/HR/Finance teams, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Perform on-site customer logistics and quality operations: handle receiving, returns, kitting, line support, inventory counts, 5S and safety, and resolve logistics/quality issues per client procedures. Support other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
