Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Case Intake & Administration:

  • Serve as an Incident Management Administrator, performing timely review of incoming Hotline reports in the Investigation Management system and logging new cases, as necessary.
  • Handle other NAVEX system-based administrative activities, including updates to case status, assignment fields, and closure records.
  • Ensure investigators log adequate supporting documentation within the case management system to support audit-readiness and defensibility of the cases.
  • Handles matters with potential legal, regulatory, and reputational sensitivity, requiring sound judgment in managing confidential case information and escalating issues appropriately.

Case Tracking & Data Management:

  • Monitor and consolidate tracking of all open and closed cases to ensure complete, accurate, and current status availability.
  • Maintain alignment, accuracy, and completeness between the Global Tracking Report and the Investigation Management system.
  • Monitor proper management and safeguarding of investigation files.

Reporting, Metrics & Trend Analysis

  • Be part of the team that prepares reports and analysis of case status and metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Track key operational metrics, including case volume, case type, and geographic/divisional trends.
  • Build supporting data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Synthesize investigation data into high-level summaries.
  • Support trend analysis to help identify emerging risk areas across regions and Groups.
  • Prepare executive-level deliverables and interact from time to time with senior stakeholders (e.g.,  VP Group Counsel, Global Directors of Internal Controls) while supporting the team's reporting and case administration work.
  • Applies critical thinking and strategic judgment to interpret case trends, data, and metrics in a way that meaningfully supports executive-level decision-making.

Department Support

  • Work alongside the Global Investigations team to keep global investigations processes and requirements running smoothly.
  • Partner with the team on required tasks as priorities shift, ensuring continuity across cases and reporting cycles.
  • Contribute to the team's ongoing improvement of case administration practices and tools.
  • Flag discrepancies, delays, or process gaps identified during case tracking or reporting to the Director of Global Investigations for review.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience supporting compliance, audit, or investigations functions in an administrative or coordination capacity.
  • Comfort managing multiple cases/files concurrently with competing deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all corporate levels objectively, respectfully, and establish strong professional relationships.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Your preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Accounting, or another related field.
  • Certification in data management, analytics, or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel/Microsoft Office Specialist) is a plus.
  • Administrative experience within a global corporate environment.
  • Experience with case/investigation management software (e.g., NAVEX).
