Leads Morningstar’s India Platform Services support organization, managing managers and a 29-person global support team. Oversees incident and ticket management, escalation response, recruitment, coverage, process standardization, KPI reporting, dashboards, automation, and AI-driven operational improvements. Partners with global engineering and Platform Services teams across regions while advancing technical infrastructure and cloud support capabilities.

Manage product ticket queue, prioritize and resolve issues using Salesforce and Jira; perform investment platform administration, reconciliations, corporate actions, and reporting; liaise with stakeholders, ensure data security, and drive process improvements.
