Handle first- and third-party auto claims end to end, including coverage analysis, liability decisions, bodily injury, physical damage, cargo losses, settlement negotiations, reserves, and severity management for claims up to $250,000 FDV. Oversee TPAs, identify claim trends, pilot AI-driven innovations, communicate with stakeholders, and support special projects. The role is hybrid in Atlanta.

Handle auto, transportation, cargo, first-party, and third-party claim recovery activities. Review coverage, damage, liability, and recovery opportunities; support settlement negotiations and litigation management; collaborate with claims leadership; and use claims data to identify trends. The role requires licensed adjusting experience, strong recovery and subrogation expertise, target performance, communication, collaboration, and adaptability in a high-growth startup environment.

Handles end-to-end auto total loss claims, including vehicle valuations, ACV determinations, settlement negotiations, salvage coordination, title processing, lien payoffs, customer communication, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with adjusters, legal teams, and vendors to improve claims cycle times and ensure accurate, timely resolutions.

Manage first- and third-party auto bodily injury claims, including coverage analysis, liability decisions, reserve adjustments, severity evaluations, settlement demand reviews, and negotiations with claimants and attorneys. The role also involves analyzing claim trends, meeting cycle-time and recovery targets, and collaborating with claims leadership in a hybrid Atlanta-based environment.

Build and own Vega’s revenue infrastructure across CRM, Clay, Apollo, and other GTM tools. Map target accounts and buying committees, develop market signals, automate outreach and nurture workflows, support field GTM initiatives, maintain reliable CRM data and reporting, and use APIs, AI coding tools, and integrations to accelerate sales operations. This hands-on role partners closely with sales and marketing in a collaborative, mostly in-office environment.

Lead and grow Vega's claims organization by managing and hiring adjusters, auditing third-party administrator performance, driving investigation and resolution strategies for commercial trucking casualty and complex commercial bodily injury claims, ensuring file quality and customer service, reviewing coverage and liability decisions, and collaborating with underwriting, product, compliance, and claims stakeholders.
