The VP of Data will oversee 9amHealth's data functions including data engineering, analytics, and data science while collaborating with executive teams to shape data-driven strategies and improve member experiences in chronic condition management.

Translate web and marketing behavior data into actionable insights: measure website and marketing performance, analyze funnels and journeys, design and evaluate A/B tests, build reports and dashboards, monitor analytics integrity, and partner with cross-functional teams to define measurement and optimization opportunities.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and reports. Integrate data from SQL Server, Azure, Excel and other sources, perform data modeling and DAX calculations, validate data, and document data models and reporting logic while partnering with business stakeholders.

Senior individual contributor owning marketing data domain end-to-end: design, build, and operate data pipelines, models, governance, and certified data products across Microsoft Fabric and Google BigQuery to support marketing measurement, attribution, reporting, and self-service analytics.

Lead design and delivery of scalable production data pipelines and data products (Spark/Python/SQL) on Databricks; integrate diverse federal health systems, define reusable ingestion patterns, ensure data quality/governance, mentor engineers, and troubleshoot/optimize production workflows.

Build and maintain SQL queries and automated data workflows to support CARF and 1099-DA regulatory reporting. Validate, reconcile, and document reporting data; partner with cross-functional teams; track work in Jira; identify automation opportunities; support testing, audits, and jurisdictional implementations.

Lead a marketing analytics team to deliver acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation measurement. Own SQL-based analyses, experiments, audience strategies, dashboards, and incrementality methods. Lead client discovery, design XDM schemas and identity resolution, guide data ingestion/ETL, governance, and Customer 360 initiatives. Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, review architecture, and contribute templates and best practices across consulting engagements.
