Promote AI-assisted tooling to accelerate analytics delivery and improve metric trust and reporting consistency.

The role involves enhancing developer productivity by improving CI/CD, automated testing, and integrating AI-based tools, focusing on operational excellence and collaboration with teams.

Lead product-focused data science workstreams to drive product decisions, experimentation, forecasting, segmentation, and AI-enabled analytics. Partner cross-functionally to define metrics, build dashboards, translate findings for stakeholders, and ensure governance and scalable measurement frameworks that improve product performance and revenue.

Lead design and implementation of a financial compliance program (COSO/AICPA), perform risk assessments, document processes and controls, execute periodic testing and remediation, manage deficiency tracking, coordinate with external auditors, and report control status to the CFO and executive leadership.

Provide, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunications and video systems (AVAYA, Zoom, IP telephony, PBX). Perform equipment moves/installs, vendor monitoring, usage studies, reporting, and end-user training. Support after-hours call-outs and travel to customer site as needed.
