Manage full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing across multiple divisions in the Central Region. Build talent pipelines, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, support offers and pre-employment, track recruiting metrics, and partner with hiring managers. Travel regularly to regional locations to support recruiting events and strengthen field relationships.

Provide administrative support to Environmental Services projects: review and process client requests and submissions, communicate with stakeholders, update tracking databases/spreadsheets, ensure compliance with procedures and client requirements, synthesize data, and support quality, safety, and deadlines.

Manage a caseload of subrogation claims: identify recovery opportunities, prepare demands and documentation, negotiate with attorneys and carriers, document actions, and maintain claim diaries while ensuring professional communication.

Lead and oversee B-52 modernization and sustainment programs as MTechs primary liaison to the B-52 Systems Program Office. Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, resources, subcontractors, compliance (AS9100/DFARS/ITAR), risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications. Prepare program briefings, status reports, and enforce engineering and management controls to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Monitor and escalate shipment exceptions, manage client and carrier communications, handle inbound logistics calls, perform order entry and approvals, assist with onboarding and administrative tasks, and support logistics managers and cross-functional teams. Shift work includes weekends and holidays.
