Onboard, counsel, and retain trucking contractors in the LP program. The role supports orientation, contractor relationships, budgeting, trip planning, fuel management, and ongoing communication. Responsibilities also include sourcing and screening candidates, reviewing driving histories and references, conducting background checks, explaining contract opportunities, maintaining recruiting platforms, and ensuring compliance with EEO, ADA, and DOT requirements.

Administers HUD Section 8 Project-Based contract program including MOR inspections, HAP contract renewals, rent adjustments, compliance follow-up, program training, reporting, database and manual development, and customer service. Works with owners, tenants, HUD and finance to resolve health/safety and eligibility issues and ensures program rule compliance.
