Provides legal and compliance guidance across functional teams, supports the contracts management system, delivers training, improves contracting processes, manages multiple projects, and builds cross-functional business relationships within a growing biotechnology legal team.

Provide advanced technical support for enterprise SaaS customers: diagnose and resolve platform issues, guide implementations and onboarding, reproduce and validate bugs with Product/Engineering, create and maintain technical documentation, and translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders to drive exceptional customer outcomes.

Supervises and trains mutuel clerks in policies, procedures, wagering operations, customer service, and cash handling. Resolves patron complaints, handles taxable wagers, monitors schedules and breaks, coordinates security support during conflicts, maintains records, and ensures departmental resources and staffing are managed effectively.
