Support the Collections Manager by driving client account receivable collections across US offices. Responsibilities include partner and fee-earner collection meetings, debt follow-up, e-billing query resolution, escalation of recovery risks, collections tracking, cash allocation coordination, and compliance with finance policies, statutory requirements, and client-money rules. The role builds client finance relationships, resolves payment issues, supports cash-flow objectives, and delivers responsive service to internal and external clients.

Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and Board of Directors. Manages complex calendars, travel logistics, correspondence, expenses, filing systems, meeting materials, board records, events, action items, and executive workflows. Administers workers’ compensation, general liability, automobile liability, and fleet claims from reporting through closure. Maintains claim files, OSHA logs, safety documentation, training records, and corrective-action tracking. Manages vehicle camera monitoring, reviews footage, prepares safety and claims reports, analyzes trends, supports employee safety orientations, and provides administrative assistance to the Safety Department while protecting confidential information.

Provides accounts payable support for property management accounting, including reviewing and coding vendor invoices, entering corporate and intercompany invoices, responding to invoice inquiries, maintaining vendor accounts, processing vendor payments and tenant deposit refunds, and assisting with special projects.

Leads daily membership services operations, supervises member service staff, processes memberships and billing, maintains accurate records, resolves member issues, updates welcome center procedures, supports campaigns and outreach, and ensures compliance with facility access and abuse prevention policies. Provides exceptional customer service while communicating YMCA standards and supporting staff training, supervision, and policy enforcement.
