Support project planning and scoping for county capital projects, procurements, and contracts. Draft scopes, specifications, and procurement documents; solicit and evaluate bids; track contracts, assets, invoices, and project information in document management systems; coordinate with stakeholders and improve records/processes to support project execution.

Design, build, and deploy full‑stack applications using React/Next and Microsoft technologies. Integrate AI into development workflows, support third‑party integrations, work with databases and services, participate in Agile Scrum, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable for radio, TV, and magazine properties: process high-volume invoices, reconcile transactions, maintain vendor relationships, post journal entries, support month- and year-end close, track contracts, and respond to AP inquiries.

Leads and manages moderately complex manufacturing programs end-to-end: scopes projects, estimates cost and schedule, evaluates manufacturing routes, manages risk and contract deliverables, drives continuous improvement and cost reduction, manages vendor qualification, and mentors junior engineers while serving as technical liaison to customers and suppliers.

Serve as the accounting subject-matter expert for order-to-cash, cash application, AR, and reconciliation. Support pre-sales demos, lead onboarding and platform configuration, train customers, translate accounting concepts, relay practitioner feedback to Product/Engineering, and create enablement materials to ensure customers derive full value.
