Provide white-glove onsite and remote technology support to senior leaders and their teams: troubleshoot workstations, collaboration and AV systems, support high-profile meetings and events, maintain system performance and security, train users, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and lead initiatives to improve support and user experience.
