Serves as the primary HR partner for Southern California operations, advising leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compliance, labor relations, talent processes, and organizational change. Conducts investigations, coaches managers, supports union-represented employees, maintains HR data and reporting, delivers training, and assists with startups, transitions, restructures, and acquisitions. This field-based role requires regular onsite presence and regional travel.

Provides phone, remote, and onsite desktop support for hardware, software, printers, user accounts, wireless devices, and network servers. Responsibilities include ticket management, PC deployment, new-hire setup, meeting technology support, password resets, data recovery, asset and licensing tracking, user follow-up, escalation, and on-call assistance. The role is onsite in Houston, supports office relocations and buildouts, and requires lifting and carrying equipment up to approximately 50 pounds.

Process bi-weekly payroll, reconcile payroll and cash transactions, prepare general ledger entries, manage benefits deductions and 401(k) funding, administer garnishments, validate time records, generate reports, support ADP users, and maintain employee data in ADP and UKG systems. Ensure compliance with payroll tax, wage and hour, garnishment, and IRS requirements while handling adjustments, verifications, and benefits invoices.

Own financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, reporting, and unit economics across revenue, growth, investments, and strategic initiatives. Partner directly with the Founder and business leaders to evaluate opportunities, improve business economics, allocate resources, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations. The role also supports execution of identified opportunities and builds scalable financial and analytical processes in a high-growth startup.

Provides ERP consulting for Army financial systems, analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, recommending optimized workflows, and supporting modernization initiatives. Serves as a client liaison, facilitates workshops and training, translates business needs into project deliverables, and manages timelines. Requires Army financial management expertise, GFEBS experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and an active Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.
